Wright-Ryan was hired by the Town of Topsham to build their town offices after we completed construction at the town library. The town offices were spread out throughout town and many of the buildings were outdated and did not provide adequate space or functionality for the police, fire, and town departments. The town incorporated elements of LEED guidelines when building their new town center. Wright-Ryan’s extensive knowledge of LEED building elements was critical in building two buildings totaling 56,000 sf. The complex now houses the Topsham town offices, police and fire stations. The buildings feature a state-of-the-art communications system, snow melt system, and security systems including cameras and card readers.
