Brickhill Castle, South Portland

The "castle" is now home to medical and insurance offices. The building, originally built in 1851, underwent a renovation process that included structural improvements and Class A tenant fit-ups with office space, examination rooms, lead lined x-ray rooms and record keeping storage space. This is the third phase of the redevelopment on Brickhill. Additional phases include the new construction of townhouses, renovations to five existing cottages to affordable housing and the addition to an abandoned barn for the non-profit organization, Youth Alternatives.
