Intermed, Portland

Wright-Ryan completed interior tenant fit-up for medical tenants InterMed on Marginal Way.  The scope of work included interior fit-up work to 62,000 square feet spanning four floors on busy Marginal Way in Portland.  Dan McCormack, CEO of InterMed notes, “We’ve had more comments from patients on how beautiful the space is and I think that’s really a credit to you and your team and the diligent work that they put in to make sure that this was ready for us on-time.” The work was completed within the six month timeframe that the tenants needed for their new space.
