The project involved the renovation of the existing eighteenth
century farmhouse and headquarters building, both of which are now
serving as staff offices, and the construction of a steel-framed
environmental center. The construction incorporated "green"
building materials including recycled steel, drywall, and flooring
and green-certified wood framing and siding. In addition to managing
the construction Wright-Ryan oversaw the incorporation of hundreds
of thousands of dollars worth of donated goods and services.
