Wright-Ryan provides in-house programs on a wide variety of building and process topics. These may be taught by internal “experts” or invited external leaders. The programs may include:

  • Project Management Academy, Super Academy, and Finance Academy
  • Vendor “Lunch and Learns”
  • Innovative building materials and processes
  • IT Coaching
  • Ad hoc training on relevant and timely building topics

The company maintains strong relationships with a number of industry groups. Team members serve on community boards and attend annual conferences with these and other important groups:
