WRIGHT-RYAN ON SCHEDULE WITH PHASE I OF THE BRICKHILL
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Wright- Ryan Construction, Inc. is progressing on-schedule at the
former Maine Youth Center for the first phase of the Brickhill
development project for Berman Associates. In addition to managing
the work being performed on the housing units, Wright- Ryan
Construction has been selected to perform phase two which involves
renovations to the five existing brick cottages on site for affordable
housing.
The first phase of the project includes the construction of
66 residential units in six townhouse style structures and one
community building for $7.2 million. Phase two is expected to
commence in February 2005 and has a proposed construction budget of
approximately $5 million for the rehabilitation of the cottages.
Both phases
are designed by Winton Scott Architects, of Portland and are being
developed by Richard Berman of Y.C. Townhouse 1 Associates, LP.
