NEW DESIGN LOOK FOR WRIGHT-RYAN
(PORTLAND) - Wright-Ryan Construction, Inc. has unveiled a new
design look for its corporate logo and associated marketing materials,
the most significant such change in the firm's 20-year history.
Working with designer Lisa Hallee, of Portland-based Cordeiro Design,
and with flyte new media, a Web design firm also based in Portland,
Wright-Ryan has completely redesigned its visual materials, from
the company's logo to new letterhead, desktop templates, newsletter,
signage, Web site and more.
"The time had come for a new look," said Wright-Ryan's
co-founder, Tom Wright. "Working with Lisa and with flyte,
we were able to incorporate the 'WR' from our existing logo into
a new, fresh interpretation that we can used across a number of
applications. Increasingly, we're finding strength in the Wright-Ryan
brand, and we thought it was important for our visual materials
to reflect that strength and continuity."
Cordeiro Design has been responsible for a number of corporate
identification projects in recent years, including work for Coastal
Women's Healthcare, Digital Intern, Hancock Gourmet Lobster, Know
Technology, Maine Spine and Rehabilitation, New England Mortgage
Group and Northeast Bank. "I'm pleased with what we're producing
at Wright-Ryan," said Cordeiro founder Lisa Hallee. "They're
a very impressive organization and I think what we've created for
them reflects those accomplishments."
Wright-Ryan is known for building Portland-area projects such as the Children's Museum of Maine, the Preble Street Resource Center, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Portland, the Freeport High School Performing Arts Center, the Topsham Public Library, Saco City Hall, multiple projects at the University of Southern Maine, and the First Parish Church of Brunswick. The firm is also highly regarded for its work in luxury residences and custom millwork.
