The mainstay of our work is construction management. Typically, we negotiate our projects, working with owners, developers, architects and building committees as part of a team.

Our experience is that most, if not all, projects have complex needs that require an appreciation for nuance. Therefore, while we pride ourselves on our skill and success as builders, we often provide as much value for our customers before construction even starts. During the pre-construction phase we work closely with the owner, designer and construction team to coordinate the schedule and costs. Among the pre-construction services we offer are:

When the pre-construction period concludes, our construction team is fully conversant on all aspects of design, cost and schedule. This approach provides for a smooth transfer of responsibility to the project manager and superintendent, who will be on-site for the project's duration.
