PORTLAND, MAINE – The Greater Portland Council of Governments has recognized 409 Cumberland for “Best Practices in Housing Diversity,” “Smart Growth and Downtown Revitalization,” and “Sustainability.”

Wright-Ryan Construction, the builders of 409 Cumberland Ave, were commended for their contribution toward enhancing the quality of life in Portland’s Bayside area for current and future generations with the GPCOG Recognition Award.
