PORTLAND – Pearl Place II is New England Real Estate Journal‘s Green Building Project of the Month. Wright-Ryan was hired by Avesta Housing to manage the construction of this 71,489 square foot, 54-apartment of affordable housing community. Pearl Place II is located in Portland, Maine’s Bayside neighborhood which provides tenants with a convenient downtown location within walking distance of  grocery stores, fitness centers, a drugstore, restaurants and coffee shops, and public transportation stations.
