PORTLAND, MAINE – Bayside Anchor, a 45-unit mixed-use apartment building, is Wright-Ryan Construction’s second multifamily Passive House project following the completion of Village Centre Apartments in Brewer. The building, expected to be finished in late November 2016, will include a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as an office for the Portland Housing Authority, a police substation, and a Head Start program.
