This project involved the demolition of an existing building to make way for four new wooden structures. Built to Passive House standards, suite-style units are currently accommodating juniors and seniors at Bowdoin College. All work was completed on an aggressive schedule on a tight, occupied campus. The buildings each house twenty-two students and have kitchens and large common areas.
