The Mill at Dover-Foxcroft, by Wright-Ryan

The Mill at Dover-Foxcroft, Maine is a 60,000-square-foot historic mill property that was renovated into a mixed-use building with residences, office space, a cafe and a boutique inn. The scope of work included sandblasting existing wood, concrete and brick surfaces in preparation for complete restoration and conversion. The complex includes a high-tech business center, 22 market rate apartments, space for retail shops and offices, studio space for artisans and an Internet cafe. It also includes a restaurant and a year-round indoor farmers market. The project received a Maine Preservation Award for Excellence in Adaptive Use, and was recognized by the Maine Real Estate and Development Association as one of the Most Notable Commercial Developments of 2015.
