Bernstein Shur Embarks on Office Transformation

Mainebiz recently featured Wright-Ryan’s renovation of Bernstein Shur’s Portland office, highlighting the transformation underway at 100 Middle Street in the Old Port.

The renovation transforms the fourth through seventh floors of Bernstein Shur’s 52,000-square-foot office space into a brighter, more collaborative workplace for employees and clients. Plans include updated layouts, technology and building systems, new gathering spaces, interior glass walls, improved lighting, and increased access to natural light throughout the office.

As the general contractor, Wright-Ryan is working alongside the owner’s representative, Reveler Development, and Visnick & Caulfield Associates, which led the design.
