Our team completed a two-floor renovation on the 7th and 8th floors of One Monument Square in Portland, Maine, transforming the space into a flexible, modern workplace. The build-out includes an open floor plan with unassigned workstations, private offices, conference rooms, collaboration areas, phone rooms, and support spaces for printing and copying. A welcoming lounge, spacious kitchen, and large dining area create natural gathering points, while modern finishes and ample natural light enhance both comfort and functionality.
