Wright-Ryan has maintained a long-standing partnership with Holiday Inn by the Bay, delivering a series of phased renovations over the past four years, all while the hotel remained fully operational. Our work began with major exterior upgrades, including a complete façade refresh and roof replacement. Subsequent phases focused on guest room renovations, carefully coordinated to minimize disruption and maintain a quiet, welcoming environment. Most recently, our team completed interior upgrades to the ballroom, corridors, and a full transformation of the hotel’s lobby, restaurant, and bar, introducing new finishes, lighting, and flooring to elevate the guest experience.
