About

Wright-Ryan constructed a new 23,000-square-foot steel and concrete building in Westbrook, designed to support 50 employees and function as a full-service branch. The project transformed a former parking lot and aging metal building into a modern, energy-efficient facility with advanced air filtration and flexible spaces to accommodate socially distanced operations. Though briefly paused during the COVID-19 pandemic, the project quickly regained momentum, with Wright-Ryan completing construction documents and finalizing the GMP within just two months of reactivation.
