As part of a transformative downtown development initiative, the City of Westbrook partnered with Wright-Ryan to construct a new multi-level parking garage adjacent to the Vertical Harvest facility. Free to the public, it is designed to support increased activity in the city’s urban downtown. The garage provides critical infrastructure for the growing community. Despite the challenges of a tight urban site, we successfully delivered the project with careful coordination, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to minimizing disruption in the surrounding area.
