Kim Foglio

Kim Foglio, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 25 years of Human Resources experience working with local organizations in the fields of health care and manufacturing. Her focus as an HR Leader is to foster a culture of transparency, trust, and respect within an organization to develop high-performing, engaged teams. She is passionate about giving back to her community and currently serves as an Olympia’s Leader Advisor for the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute. In her free time, Kim enjoys hiking, kayaking, yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
