Built as a new addition to the existing Piper Shores retirement living community in Scarborough, Maine, The Meadows project features 16 cottages, 28 apartments and 8 estate homes totaling 52 new residences. Units range in size from 1,085 sq. ft. to 2,651 sq. ft. The project includes multiple fine and causal dining venues, and complete commercial kitchen, exercise studio, a movie theatre, a wellness center and clinic, underground parking, and on site hiking trails. This project was completed on time and on budget.
