This newly constructed medical office building is conveniently located near Portland’s jetport. The 20,700 square foot wood structure now houses multiple doctors’ offices. There is also a retail area section to purchase cosmetic products. This was part of a broader three-project redevelopment on a 7-acre property on outer Congress Street. Having concurrent projects on the same site required specialized site coordination and allocation of resources.
