Wright-Ryan Construction was selected to perform each phase of construction on the site of the former Maine Youth Center Campus. The “castle” was renovated to allow for Class A tenant space. Reconstruction began with completely gutting the interior and performing numerous structural upgrades to the timber framing. There was full thickness brick wall restoration and full replacement of windows.
